Personal data of customers – people who conclude contracts for removal services / warehouse rental / contracts regarding storage services (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, home address, (loading address, delivery address, general information about the transported items – applicable removal services)

    Purposes and grounds for data processing Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process or also for the purposes of future recruitment processes if you give your consent (the basis for processing this data is the applicable legal regulations (in particular the Labor Code) and your consent)
    Recipients of data These data may be made available to entities authorized under the law. Entities may also have access to data on the basis of relevant contracts

    Purposes and grounds for data processing Personal data of contractors will be processed for the purposes of implementing contracts concluded between the parties (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of contracts to which you are a party) and to fulfill the obligations imposed on the administrator on on the basis of applicable law (Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR – processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator (in particular in the field of issuing and storing VAT invoices), resulting from, among others, the Accounting Act and The VAT Act.Personal data of representatives of contractors (employees) will be processed for contact purposes, including for the purpose of establishing and conducting business contacts and the implementation of contracts concluded with contractors (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the data controller which is ensuring contact with the contractor and ensuring the implementation of contracts concluded h with contractors).
    Recipients of data These data may be made available to entities authorized under the law. OPTIMA support entities may also have access to data on the basis of relevant contracts

    Storage period Personal data of contractors will be kept until an objection to the processing of personal data is raised.

    Purposes and grounds for data processing Personal data of the Principal / Lessee will be processed for the purposes of this contract (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary to perform contracts to which you are a party) and to fulfill the obligations imposed on the administrator on on the basis of applicable law (Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR – processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator, in particular resulting from the Accounting Act and the VAT Act) The data may also be processed for the purpose of possible investigation as well as defense against claims (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the data controller, which is to investigate and defend against claims)
    Recipients of data These data may be made available to entities authorized under the law. Access to data on the basis of relevant contracts may also have entities supporting OPTIMA Dariusz Jarzębski in terms of legal obligations (e.g. an accounting office), entities and IT service providers and other companies processing data at the request of OPTIMA Dariusz Jarzębski
